Classes in our Recreational Program are designed for the student who wishes to pursue gymnastics in a non-competitive environment.  Classes are instructional and teach basic through intermediate gymnastics skills in a fun, progressive environment.  Classes are structured by age and skill level and include:

Tot Gym - ages 2 1/2 - 3 1/2

Preschool Gym - ages 3-5

Advanced Preschool Gym - ages 4-5
(requires 1 year previous gymnastics instruction)

Gymnastics 1 - ages 5-6 or 7 and up

Gymnastics 2 - ages 7 and up

Gymnastics 3 - ages 7 and up
(requires skill assessment by instructor)

June 28 - August 13

TEAM PREP PROGRAM
June 1 - August 20

Our Team Prep classes are designed for the student who wishes to pursue placement on our competetive gymnastics team.  Students will be grouped by age.  Students who choose this track will be required to attend classes twice per week.  Students wishing an additional practice day per week should consult with their instructor or the Director for guidance in choosing an appropriate class time.

Students from our Team Prep classes may be invited to our competitive program at the discretion of the Woods Gymnastics Director.  Placements will occur throughout the year and are based on student skill level and space availability.
