PRESCHOOL & BEGINNER GYMNASTICS
Basic gymnastics fundamentals are taught in our preschool and beginner gymnastics classes which range from 45 min to 1 hour per week depending on the age of the student. Your child will be safely guided through a series of basic gymnastics skill progressions on vault, trampoline, low bar, and low balance beam in addition to basic tumbling exercises on the spring floor such as cartwheels, handstands, rolls and more!
ADVANCED BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics fundamentals continue in our Advanced Beginner and Intermediate level classes. Students will continue to safely learn more skills on vault, trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise with emphasis on safety, shape, form and technique. Students must have a recommendation from their class instructor in order to enroll in any gymnastics class except preschool and beginner.
Prerequisite: Beginner/Advanced Beginner Gymnastics
Our tumbling class is a one hour multi-level class focusing on basic to advanced tumbling skills. Students are instructed according to their individual readiness. Mastery of basic skills is required before beginning more advanced skills. Students will utilize the spring floor, tumbling strip, carpet foam, tumble trak and a variety of skill shapes for drills and progressions.
